The 1mm (approx) face veneers are similar thickness to birch plywood (they are not paper thin like some other "poplar faced" plywood)
Poplar is a clean timber making this panel suitable for painting, staining, shop-fitting, wall lining and other decorative applications.

Poplar plywood is light in colour and has a plain neutral face. Manufactured using the "Robusta Poplar" species, which is denser than most European Poplar, but less dense than birch, beech or pine.
Chinese Poplar face and poplar cores throughout. A grade faces are free from plugs and open defects.
Conceived directly in response to the Russian invasion and subsequent export ban. The specification has been carefully considered and written to achieve a high quality product and to provide a versatile and dependable plywood panel.
